Parkline Land Company

Parkline Holding Company LLC holds interests in two industrial properties in the Orlando market, an 81,750 sf flex/warehouse known as Parkline Industrial Center and an adjacent 5.36 acre tract of land for future industrial development.

Parkline Industrial Center, which is owned by Parkline Properties LLC, was built in 1999 and is situated on 6.7 acres.  Located just west of Orlando International Airport, it enjoys easy access to SR 528 and SR 482, and is approximately 9 miles from the Orange County Convention Center.

The adjacent 5.36 tract, which is owned by Parkline Land Company LLC, is planned to support two new warehouses totaling 76,900 square feet.  The first building will be a flex/warehouse consisting of 25,700 sf while the second building will be a dock-high warehouse with 51,200 sf.  When completed the entire Parkline complex will total 158,650 +/- square feet of industrial space.
